Specific service terms, scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements executed between Privum and the client.

06Client Engagements

All consulting and development engagements are governed by individual service agreements. These terms apply generally:

• Confidentiality: We treat all client information, systems, and data as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
• Deliverables: Ownership of deliverables is defined in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, custom code developed for a client is owned by the client upon full payment.
• Payment: Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Standard terms are Net 30 from invoice date.
• Warranty: We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

07Free Assessments

Privum offers complimentary assessments and consultations for prospective clients. These assessments are provided as-is, for informational purposes, and do not constitute a binding commitment to deliver services. Recommendations provided during assessments are based on the information available at the time and may change upon deeper analysis.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Privum Cloud Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
