PRIVUM Cloud is currently looking for a Business Manager to join our Outsourcing Department, playing a key role in business growth and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients within the outsourcing market
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
- Gather client requirements and propose tailored outsourcing solutions
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Manage consultants assigned to clients, including follow-up, motivation, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in outsourcing, consulting, or B2B services (preferred)
- Strong commercial and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented approach
- Fluency in English

Compensation
- Base salary: €1,500 – €3,500 gross per month, depending on demonstrated experience
- Uncapped commission on closed deals, paid quarterly
